About Me

Hello! Welcome to Emily’s Journal.

I am using this blog to log my nutrition and training as I continue to train for Marathons and Triathlons, in the hope to age qualify in my races. I am a huge foodie, and have realised how important the right food’s can be to aid recovery, enabling me train harder and more frequently. I hope you enjoy trying my food recommendations and recipes.

I created Healthy Bliss Balls in 2014, a nutritious, sugar free, dairy free, gluten free and vegan chocolate indulgent truffle, that is the perfect snack pre or post training, or anytime you fancy something sweet and healthy. These are currently on sale at 69 Princes Avenue, Hull HU5 3QX, and hopefully soon to be available to purchase through this blog.

I am currently living in London on a PR placement year at Harrods, training and blogging outside of work to achieve my goals in Triathlon and running events. Please find my daily posts via Instagram at http://instagram.com/emilys_journal

I hope you enjoy my blog,

Em x

    Hi Gorgeous!

My name is Ming Bridges (@mingbridges on instagram!)

I’ve recently started a ladies club in London and was wondering if you would be interested in joining our mailing list!

The Bridges Manor an invite only philantrophic ‘cultural’ club for creative, ambitious, healthy individuals who share the similar interest in wanting to nourish their mind, body and soul with exercise, healthy food and stimulating activities and conversation. The proceeds from our events will be going towards causes we believe in. We are currently working with DESTINY RESCUE – a charity who plans missions to save children from sex trafficking and exploitation, going into dangerous situations on rescue missions, housing them and teaching them life skills to be able to work.

Let me know if its of any interest to you! You can see some photos from our previous event up on my instagram (@mingbridges) or on our new instagram page @thebridgesmanor
