I am using this blog to log my nutrition and training as I continue to train for Marathons and Triathlons, in the hope to age qualify in my races. I am a huge foodie, and have realised how important the right food’s can be to aid recovery, enabling me train harder and more frequently. I hope you enjoy trying my food recommendations and recipes.
I created Healthy Bliss Balls in 2014, a nutritious, sugar free, dairy free, gluten free and vegan chocolate indulgent truffle, that is the perfect snack pre or post training, or anytime you fancy something sweet and healthy. These are currently on sale at 69 Princes Avenue, Hull HU5 3QX, and hopefully soon to be available to purchase through this blog.
